Why support Chabad?
This year has been a wonderful year of growth at the Chabad Jewish Center in a most tangible and measurable way. We have expanded programs, begun some new ones, and seen standing room only at some events and services. Through adult education, education of our youth, holiday programs, social services and more, the Chabad Jewish Center makes a real impact. This year marked a milestone in Chabad's continued growth with the purchase of an awesome piece of land in the center of S. Petersburg’s rapidly growing community… stay tuned for details with plans for the new center!
How does a Match Campaign work?
We aim to have all events, programs and services affordable to all who wish to attend. Rather than charging membership fees or exorbitant event prices, we rely on the generosity of the community that we serve. To that end, 6 generous matching donors are asking you to help Chabad end off a great year with an ambitious End-of-Year Campaign. They will give up to $55,000 to the Chabad Jewish Center, if it is matched by new donations from YOU, our community. For 30 Hours only, every dollar you give will have DOUBLE the impact!
How can I help?
You can be a partner in everything we do by contributing to our End-of-Year Campaign, and by spreading the word to your friends. Maimonides says ...”every good deed, no matter how small, tips the scale of humanity toward goodness”. Today you can see the impact of that deed multiplied many times over. Join us by donating today.
